Prism Power>> Terms of Use
First of all I'd like to say that I think it's VERY stupid to build a site, upload pictures and other interesting stuff and then expect for people not to take anything. That's not what this set of rules is about. However, I also believe it's important to protect one's work and by doing so maintain healthy and respectful relations with fellow webmasters. That's why I ask you to please stick to these rules:
A- Images and Pictures
1) Nither Marin or Prism Power claim to own the images from the image galleries, so you are free to take as many pictures FROM THE GALLERIES as you like and use them whichever way you choose.
2) NO DIRECT LINKING is allowed.
3) You CANNOT take the images I use for my designs and layouts, since those are modified and edited by me. This includes the images I use as links for the Terms of Use page and the guestbook, and also the ones I use to illustrate character profiles.
4) You are welcome to take any of the free graphics, free layouts and free scripts I publish on my site, REGARDING you make a link back to PP.
5) If you publish on your site the tags you get as a result of one of my tests, please link back to my site or at least give me credit for the test.
6) Fanarts are not mine, so you CANNOT TAKE ANY PIECE OF FANART without asking the author first. Don't ask me for permission because I'll say "no, you need to ask the author".
B- Music Files
1) These files were converted from the original CD's by myself, so if you publish them on your site, please link back to PP.
2) You are allowed to download all the media files on this site for your personal use only.
3) Not all the songs on the CD's will be uploaded, since my publishing some of them here is only to encourage visitors to buy the original CD's.
C- Content
1) You CANNOT copy the information on this site. The content on PP is in fact owned by me, so NO CONTENT STEALING please. By content I mean anything written.
2) Fanfiction: Again, those weren't written by me, so you need to ask the author before taking anything. Otherwise you are NOT ALLOWER TO TAKE FANFICTION published on PP.
OK, that's it. So as you can see there's nothing above that you didn't expect... right?
