I'm aware that html is not such a common knowledge, and that not everybody is blessed with the money to afford Dreamweaver®, Fireworks®, the last version of Front Page®, etc. Others might just don't have enough time for web design, and others are just lazy... the point is there are people who could be great webmasters and have plenty to say and publish on the web, but they cannot make their own layouts, for whatever reasons. If you are amongst them, just e-mail me at umino_84@yahoo.com and I will design a layout for your site! But first, please read the rules.
Rules:
1) I would prefer it for yours to be an anime-related site. However, if it's not it's OK, I'll just need you to e-mail me the picture(s) you'd like me to use.
2) The layouts are completely customizable! So plase, in your e-mail, tell me:
a) the colors and fonts for the links and text
b) if you'd like to have tables or frames
c) if you'd like me to use any image(s) in particular please attach it/them to the e-mail.
3) The name and URL of your site are EXTREMELY important, if I don't have the rest of the info I can just improvise and see what happens, but I can't make up a name for your site! I will need the URL to see if everything works fine and to check if you've made a link back to PP.
4) Please, give me credit for the layout and make a link back to PP. I'll check.
5) The Subject of your e-mail should be "Layout Request". This is important for 2 reasons: 1) I might delete the e-mail accidentally (I do that if I don't know who the sender is), and 2) You'll prove to me that you've read the rules! ;P
Note: I will not publish any layouts here, since some people might steal them.
