Chitose Hibiya
She is the owner of the building where Hideki and Shinbo live. She's lways very kind a sweet to them and is always helping Chii and getting clothes for her. Even though this character seems very naive, she hides information about Chii's past, and her role in it comes out as a big shock.
Spoiler: Together with her deceased husband, Ichirou, she built the Chobits series, which consists of two sister persocons: Freya and Elda (Chii's original name). Now, Hibiya is trying to give Chii a happy life and help her find love, without bringing back her sad memories about the loss of her father and her sister Freya.
Shimizu Takako
She is Hideki and Shinbo's beautiful and young teacher. She was dumpped by her husband for his persocon, and so now she's afraid of falling in love again... however, Shinbo will change that... ^-^
[NO PIC] Yoshiyuki Kojima
He is a very well known hacker, who knows about the Chobits series and so kidnapts Chii, suspecting she is one of them. He is Kotoko's owner.
