There are three cards I want to mention here:
The Love: it was created by Sakura, so itr never existed as a Clow Card.
The Void: it was created by Clow but sealed because its magic was too dangerous. It never transforms into a Sakura Card.
The Hope: The Love and The Void combine in the second movie of CCS and The Hope is born as a result. It is born as a Sakura Card, so it never existed as a Clow Card.
