Yukito is our male lead in the story. His mother told him about a girl in the sky, suffering and waiting to be freed. Hi's supposed to find her and help her, if he cooses to continue the family's tradition. During his journey, he arrives in Misuzu's town and tries to trace the winged being's energy.
Yukito is kind of reserved but he always says waht's on his mind. He's very clever and figures out a way to help each of the girls... he's humble and simple, honest and down to earth... ehem, leaving his quest for a winged being on the side, of course.

Yukito is a direct decendant of Ryuuya, Kanna's guardian and lover, and his reincarnation as well. His family's only purpose has always been to find Kanna's incarnation and help her find true love. Yukito is supposed to perpetrate that purpose through the magical powers he's inhereted and a weird-looking puppet, which holds Yukito's predecesors hopes and desires.
