Uraha was Kanna's servant, and they eventually became very good friends. Together with Ryuuya, Kanna's guardian, Uraha helped Kanna escape the castle in search for her mother, who was imprissonned in a cave.She tought Kanna about frindship and family, which was the reason why Kanna decided to go looking for her mother. In the end Kanna sacrificed for her new family: Uraha and Ryuuya.
Years later, Ryuuya and Uraha married and they swore that they (and their decendants) would look for Kanna's incarnation and free her from her constant pain, no matter how long it took them. Yukito is a direct decendant of them. All of their decendants inhereted Uraha's magical powers and her puppet, which holds the power of Yukito¡s family hopes and desires.
